Oh boy. I can’t believe that I actually posted this. One of the last things that I could ever imagine myself doing was to stand in front of the world without a shirt on. Today’s hottest fitness programs like P90X, Insanity, and Turbo Fire ask you to take pictures every thirty days to track your results and to help motivate you to complete the program. These are my 30 day results from working out on GarageBodyTV.com
This is a promise that I made to myself as well as the GarageBodyTV and YouTube community whether I am happy with the results or not.

Yuck! I look at these pictures and cringe, “Did I really look like that?”
I am certainly motivated by these images and look forward to my 60 day results. Hopefully by then you will be able to see my abs and obliques.
Goals for next thirty days:
1. Shed bodyfat, especially around my mid-section. Reveal abs and obliques.
2. Gain mass in chest, arms, shoulders, traps.
3. Study up on vitamins and supplements. Listen to opinions on pre-workout energy supplements like Jack3D below and post-workout recovery supplements.

The best healthcare initative starts with each of us creating our own healthcare program such as losing weight, quit smoking, drink water and get exercise. It is a pity that so many resources should be needed when we just don’t take care of ourselves.
